INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Baseball Sized Organic Beet; Red or Gold; Thinly Sliced into Small Strips
  • 4 Cloves of Garlic; Finely Diced
  • 1 Cup of Organic Whey; Strained From Yogurt
  • 1 Teaspoon of Celtic Sea Salt

DIRECTIONS:

Combine ingredients in a 32 oz. mason jar and top off with filtered water. Put lid on tight. Let culture at room temperature for 5 days. Refrigerate. Strain out a small 1-2 oz. glass and drink daily away from HCL. Return strained material to jar. When you have drank all the kvass, top off with filtered water and let culture again for 5 days at room temperature. When the beet has completely lost its color it’s time to make a new batch. Experiment with different kvass’. Try different fruits and vegetables.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Can Organic Coconut Milk
  • 1/3 Cup Organic, Raw, Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Organic Vanilla Extract
  • 5 Drops Organic Stevia Extract
  • Optional Spices: Cinnamon, Cloves, Cacao, Cardamom, Ginger
  • Optional Add-Ins: Organic Nuts/Seeds, Organic Pumpkin/Squash, Organic almond butter, organic dark chocolate chunks/chips, organic berries

DIRECTIONS:

For Blended/Smooth Version: Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes until completely smooth. For Whole Chia Seed Version: Blend all ingredients except chia seeds in a blender until smooth. Whisk in chia seeds. Pour mixture into a jar or glass container and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to let gel. Stir or whisk a few times within the first hour to help it gel evenly.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Medium Organic Avocados
  • ½ Can Organic Coconut Milk
  • 1 Stick of Organic Grass-Fed Butter (melted)
  • 2/3 Cup of Organic Cacao Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons of Birch Xylitol or Monkfruit or 8 Drops of Organic Stevia
  • ½ cup Organic Almond Butter
  • 1 Teaspoon Organic Vanilla Extract

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all ingredients until pudding is smooth and without lumps. Blender or food processor is ok. Refrigerate and enjoy!

**Can be formed into balls and rolled in cacao powder and flaxseed powder for easy snacks.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Can Organic Coconut Milk
  • 1 Cup Organic Hemp Hearts
  • 2 Tablespoon Organic Flax Meal
  • 2 Tablespoon Organic Chia Seeds
  • 2 Tablespoon Organic Coconut Flakes
  • 1 Teaspoon Organic Cinnamon
  • ¼ Teaspoon Organic Cloves Powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon Organic Allspice
  • 2 Scoops Primal Kitchen Vanilla or Chocolate Collagen Fuel
  • ¼ Cup Organic Almond Butter (optional)
  • ¼ Cup Cacao Butter Chunks (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all of the ingredients in a small sauce pot, stir to combine. Bring to a simmer until thickened to your liking, stir frequently to avoid sticking. Serve and garnish with berries and butter.

**This is a nice dessert also, cold and served with heavy whipping cream.
